I would tell incoming students to work as a team at all times and try to finish work or projects early. -AM
Choose a good Community partner that will communicate with you consistently. The best advice I could give is to make sure you are contributing to your team and support in any way possible. - TM
You have to work to collaborate. If you are assigned a team that you are having trouble communicating with, it is important to stop and reassess the problem. be forgiving. I wish I did this more and I wish I checked in with my teacher more. I don't think I asked for enough help or guidance. -EM
I don't really have any aspiring advice other than do your very best. do your part and hold your team accountable if you feel behind. -DA
Don't limit yourself, don't be afraid to invent something creative. it doesn't need to be perfect right away. -CI
Choose a good community partner. I would say work with what you have. Communicate what you need to the teacher. -GC
Work for yourself and your team. if you are not able to affect the main project it makes you feel pretty inadequate throughout the entire project. -GG

Give everyone within your group the benefit of the doubt. make an effort to get to know everyone's strength so you can all work together better. -AD
Try, get along with your team, and also run everything by them because you may think it's a good idea but your team may not or vice versa. -MM
Keep On Track the entire time, watch your deadlines. try to make your idea very different from other groups. -GS
Make sure you fully understand your community partner and you will need more time than you think to create a physical product. -SS
Not only would I say that you need to choose a reliable community partner but also have a solid idea and modify it from there. -RB
Take the project seriously, work with the WHOLE team and DON'T WASTE TIME. -AR
Set roles, work together, communicate. Everyone should try. This isn't fun if people in your group do nothing. -GT
