Enrollment for the 2026–2027 School Year
Enrollment opens March 2
San Diego Unified School District is transitioning to a fully paperless enrollment process.

Currently attending another SDUSD school?
Please ensure you have an active Parent Portal account to complete your enrollment. Use the link below to sign in.
Attention SDUSD Parents:
If your student is transferring from another SDUSD school and do not yet have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please visit the Parent Portal page to activate your account. If you experience any issues activating your account, please contact your current school for assistance.

IEP/504 Plan (IF APPLICABLE)
Articulation Card for 26-27 SY
**Students will receive their schedule on the first day of 2026-2027 SY
Additional documents required for submission are:
Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Transcript (request from your child's current school registrar)
Proof of address (SDG&E, Lease/Rental Agreement, Mortgage Statement)
NOTE: If you are living with a relative, friend or renting a room - must submit all items listed below:
Homeowner's most recent utility bill (SDGE) and a copy of a valid CA ID
Your DMV License showing your name and address you provide
Current cell phone bill showing your name and address you provide OR any other bill with your name and address
Confirmation email or letter from the USPS of change of address

Please note that in-person enrollment will also require you to complete the necessary paperwork online. We do not have physical enrollment packets available.
Additionally, in-person enrollment appointment is solely for completing the required paperwork. Incoming 9th graders will not meet with a counselor at that time to discuss course selections.
