Meet Ms. Rousey

My name is Dennice Rousey and this will be my 18th year of teaching and my 7th year at Grant.

My undergraduate degree is in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University. My graduate degree in Education is from the University of San Diego. I have a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and a Single Subject Teaching Credential in English. I am also a GATE Certified Teacher.

I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time and traveling with my wife, Mary Day. I love sports and this summer I played a ton of Pickleball.

Our family includes Argus, a two year old cockapoo, who pretty much runs the house.
