San Diego Unified School District - COVID-19 Testing Information
Mira Mesa High School- UCSD
Mondays (8:30 am- 4:30 pm) by the Front Office.
Open to San Diego Unified School District Students & Staff.
Appointments are required, staff or parents can sign up here.
Consent and ROI are required for students, and only ROI is required for staff.
If there are no appointments available on that day, please go to the UCSD Drive-Up locations.
Consents and ROIs can be physically handed to the UCSD team, and the UCSD team will scan the consent into the system. Consents and ROIs can also be filled out on DocuSign and transmitted to UCSD nightly. Please note if you fill out the form on the same day as testing UCSD may have not gotten your forms.

Staff and students may only enter the site after completing the health screening process. The health screening is a daily process.
