Mental Health and Wellness Resource Guide
This Link: SDUSD Resource Guide has been compiled by Mental Health Clinicians within the Mental Health Resource Services Department at SDUSD. Resources include general information for families, knowing signs of stress, mindfulness strategies, calming strategies of self-care for all grade levels and helpful websites. We know students are going through a lot right now with all of the difficulties the pandemic has brought forth. In order to help support students with items like stress management, finding balance, personal growth and success, and more. At this time we do not have any group dates scheduled. Emotional Support Resources Available for Children, Youth & Families
In partnership with Gov. Newsom, Parents Anonymous® Inc. launched the California Parent & Youth Helpline and Online Parents Anonymous® Support Groups in response to COVID-19 to provide free trauma-informed, evidence-based emotional support to parents, children, and youth in any language via calls, text, live chat, and email. See parent and youth helpline, parent support groups in English and Spanish.
