Out of Seat

Out of seat is when the student is not sitting in their assigned area. Out of seat behavior does not include times that the student is transitioning to another class activity, to gather needed materials, to ask for help, use the restroom (with permission), or other movement that is required for the student to engage in class instruction/activities.
