School Counselors provide a safe, confidential space for all students. A school counselor also works alongside teachers and parents to help students develop socially and emotionally, and to help remove any barriers they have to learning.

Work CONFIDENTIALLY with students and inform stakeholders of critical information on a "need to know" basis
Implement short-term effective interventions for all students
Make referrals to outside agencies for long-term therapy
Small Group Counseling
Group Counseling provides a safe, confidential space for students to meet in small groups with their school counselor during school hours for a duration of 30 minutes once a week.

Individual Counseling provides a safe, confidential space for students to meet briefly one-on-one with their school counselor during school hours for a few sessions.

For on going matters such as divorce, grief or other family related issues, we can provide support, but an outside counseling referral will be recommended.
