Email Documents

  • Email all required documents to fayenrollment@gmail.com. Here is a video with how to complete the steps using a Chromebook. Click here for video (skip to minute 13:00 for how to send documents)

      • Please submit all documents in one email.

      • All documents must be submitted before your child will be enrolled.


  • How to Email Documents:

**Please make sure your child's name is included on ALL documents.

    • Download and complete all fillable PDFs electronically.

    • If you have documents that need to be scanned:

        • Option 1 (preferred): Download Adobe Scan (android and iphone app) to scan documents with your phone or other device. It will save the document as a pdf. Please scan both sides of the document if necessary.

        • Option 2 (preferred): Use a home printer/scanner.

        • Option 3: Take a picture with your phone.

    • Include all documents as attachments in one email.

**You will get a confirmation email or text when your child's enrollment is complete.

** If you used an SDUSD issued Chromebook to complete enrollment, you may delete the documents from the Chromebook once you have received confirmation that your enrollment is complete.

How to delete documents on a Chromebook:

1.) Sign in to Chromebook

2.) Click the circle on the bottom left,

3.) click 'search your device, apps, web...',

4.) click 'files' (icon of a folder on top row),

5.) select files you wish to delete by clicking on them, and

6.) click on the trashcan icon in the top right.
