Doyle Health Office

"Healthy students learn better!"

Welcome to the Doyle Elementary Health Office - a safe and caring place for students and families. The goal of our Health Office is to promote optimum health status (physical, mental and emotional health) so all students may achieve their fullest potential as a learner and a person.

The Health Office is staffed by a Registered Nurse with a California School Nurse Credential and SDUSD Health Technicians. There is ongoing communication between our staff in the Health Office to ensure seamless care for your student.

*IMPORTANT* If your students have any symptoms shared with COVID-19 (congestion or runny nose, cough, sore throat, headache, fatigue, fever, muscle or body aches, chills, loss of taste or smell, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea), have been exposed to COVID-19 outside of school or have tested positive for COVID-19 outside of school, please KEEP THEM HOME and report their absence. We will help you determine when they will be clear to return to school. San Diego Unified follows current county guidance, which is available to the public here: Decision Tree.

*NEW* Report an Absence Online. Simply click the “Report an Absence” link on Doyle’s Homepage and answer all relevant questions.
