Identify your school by Zipcode in School Finder
If your address is NOT in the 92124 area, please refer to the Choice Enrollment
Step 2: Identify your students' situation.
Please bring in:
Proof of residence (92124 zipcode): a current (last 30 days) utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage statement, or military housing order.
No cellphone or bank statements are allowed.
Copy of immunization records: For the most up-to-date requirements, please visit SDUSD Nursing and Wellness
Birth certificate
Most recent grades: transcript or copy of report card

Step 4: Visit the front office with all the paperwork to complete enrollment.
If your address is not in the 92124 area. You will need to submit a choice application through the district enrollment options office. Below are the links for more information:
If your address is not within the San Diego Unified Boundaries. You need to be accepted via CHOICE and also submit an Interdistrict Attendance Permit.
