As part of the Community Schools equity strategy, in 2023-2024, we conducted a Needs and Assets Assessment: 

Goal: Our goal was to hear from at least 75% of all members of the school community including parents/families, staff, students, and community partners to better understand our needs, wants, and strengths. 

Purpose: The purpose of this assessment was to identify areas for growth and improvement and create groups that can take direct action and allocate resources to address our shared priorities. 

Process: We used a process that involved surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one conversations with members of our school community to gather input and data. Our goal is to understand the primary concerns/priorities of our school community to identify actions to support student achievement and well-being.
