Hello! My Name is Mr. Avila.
As someone who attended Bell in the late 80’s, I am thrilled to be serving the Bell community as your 6th grade counselor. I have worked in education for 20 years, having spent most of that time as a teacher and a school counselor in both the middle school and high school level.
I could not be happier to be back at Bell Middle, and I look forward to get to know my 6th grade families. Please free to reach out to me for any questions or concerns.
Once a Trojan, always a Trojan!
Hi Bell families! My name is Nguyet Pham-Camacho, students call me Mrs. Pham.
I am the 7th Grade counselor. I have been an educator for 9 years and and previously a classroom teacher. I am a San Diego native and a proud City Heights first generation student and college graduate! I love my family, sports (Go CHARGERS!), and traveling.
I am excited for another to serve, support and advocate for our students and families.

Hola/Hello, Bell Family. My name is Ms. Garcia.
I am honored to be working as your 8th grade School Counselor. I have been an educator for 30 years, as a teacher and a school counselor from junior college, high school, middle school and elementary.
I am honored to be a migrant worker, an English Language learner and 1st generation college graduate. I believe these experiences have helped shaped the passion I have for our students.
I look forward working along side our students, staff, parents/guardians and our community to support, guide and be a voice for our students. I appreciate my family and summer travels with my five sisters.
