ALUMNI:
University City High must have been the last San Diego Unified school the student attended within the last five school years beginning with class of 2019 and forward (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 through to the current year).
High school diplomas are an original document issued to the UCHS graduates and as a result, copies are unavailable by the school district.
To prove graduation status, transcripts must be requested through the corresponding transcript request links.
ALL STUDENTS:
All students must provide the following information--otherwise the request will be incomplete and result in being delayed and/or not being processed :
The student name is exactly as it was at the time of enrollment
A current form of official photo identification (state or government-issued).
All of the information requested, must be provided in your request---including but not limited to:
Your "Class of" or the last year you attended UCHS.
The complete school information (name and complete mailing address) *
CURRENT SENIORS:
Unofficial transcripts can be accessed through the Parent or Student Portal.
Official Transcripts:
Use Xello (for USA educational institutions).
Use Senior Google Classroom (for out-of-country educational institutions).
*All addresses provided by the requester will be cut & pasted as stated in your request--please ensure its accuracy upon submission.

Transcript requests must be submitted through the UCHS website's Transcript Request Form link, by completing the form and uploading an official photo identification (state or government-issued such as a driver's license, a passport, or military identification).

Educational Verifications(Background Screening) requests must be faxed or emailed providing the following information:
A signed authorization to release information
The student's name exactly as it is on their school record
The student's complete date of birth
Contact information: An email address for the point of contact (agency representative)
Please note: We have limited access to inactive student records, therefore each request is on a case-by-case basis. Due to the volume of requests and time of year, the five-business-day timeframe may differ as requests are processed in the order of receipt. Incomplete requests will not be processed. School sites do not have access to Scribbles processing, it will be necessary to direct questions to them directly at the contact information provided on their webpage.
