Make sure that you have covered this checklist by the end of week 9:

• Finalize your Maker Journal for Weeks 5 through 7

Deadline: Friday, September 12th, 2025 @ 01:00 PM

• Plan your final project tasks and subtasks in the Project Tracker with the help of your instructor

• Receive & Test the electronics components required for your final project

• Cover your final project tasks and subtask for the week and rock the world!

• Document your work as you go: take pictures, and videos, draft your progress (quick and dirty!), then refine later in your Final Project Journal

Project Tracker Preparation

• Fill Tasks, and subtasks in Tracker [Tab 1]

• Draft in calendar [Tab 2] the sequence and order of tasks

Deadline before midWeek session

Online Session (Wed.)

Mode: Online via Google Meet

• Group 1 from 6-7:30 

• Group 2 from 7:30-9

Session Outcomes: 

• Discuss Final Project Development Timeline

• Define tasks and subtasks for the next two weeks

Offline Session (Thur.)

Mode: Face-to-face @ Fab Lab 

Session Outcomes: 

• Receive electronic components for your project

• Discuss power source(s) and management for your project

• Ask questions and troubleshoot problems with your instructor and peers

• Discuss progress and update project tracker
