Design a pall path with (an air compressor) using small fans instead
The goal of the game is to teach the kid how to count with balls and how to remember the colors of boxes and their location.
Another thing he will know is how the air acts with heavy and light balls and which ball will go through the hoses.
My purpose is to make learning more enjoyable.
Software :
Tinkercad portal
to build and simulate the circuit online
The main components in the circuit
3- 5V Adaptor
4- 1 LED
5- 1 - 220 resistor
5- 1 DC motor
6- 1 ON/OFF switch
7- 1 fan blade
8- cardboard
9- roller
10- jumpers
11- soldering iron
materials
Scissors, a pencil, a cutter, foam(balls-sheets-cylinders), stencil paper, and paper.

Design circuits on tinkercad using this component :
3- 5V Adaptor
4- 1 LED
5- 1 resistor 220
5- 1 DC motor
6- 1 ON/OFF switch
7- 1 fan blade
8- jumpers
Input: Switch (when it's ON)
The outputs: DC motor/led (turned ON)
Input: Switch (when it's OFF)
The outputs: DC motor/led (turned OFF)
I used a 220 resistor for the led
and the connection is parallel
The switch is cutting the circuit in the ground of each component
the led and the motor take the same voltage 5v
Tinkercad circuit design
I used 5v adopter because the DC motor needs 5v
I used resistor 220 for LED because it needs 2v
I used the parallel connection to avoid voltage dividing
If I use a series connection that will weak the efficiency of the dc/led
Test the circuit using breadboard
-The tubes are made from stencil paper I take the dimensions and start to roll them using glue
-the boxes are made from cardboard each face is 6cm
-tubes base are made of rolled foam
-the game body is made of sandwich foam
- I build it using glue
-PVC elbow for curves
1.5cm
design/structure problem
The fan needed a space up and down to take air from the bottom and bush it up
The solution
I make a cut in the foam under the fan and I build a bridge above the fan to allow the air paths.
This assignment helps a lot in the design, the understanding of the mechanism, and how I can make it works so I can show my product functions.
Activities, teamwork, organization, and documentation. All of this was great, and I want to thank the Instructors a lot.
