This week's task is to make a phone holder using plywood, and my idea is to make a multi-use unit where there is an organizer for pens, keys and sticky notes. The idea of a phone holder depends on the presence of more than one size for the holder so that the user can adjust it according to his needs
1-I used the Fusion 360 program to draw the phone holder by drawing each part on the side and the direction assigned to it in the required size
2-Then I extruded all the parts to the thickness of the wood(3mm)
3-And then I put them together to make sure that the parts are drawn accurately and see how the final shape will be when cut on the laser machine.
4-After making sure, I issued the file with the extension DXF to be entered into the RDWORKS program
5- I made the settings for scaning and cutting, which are :
for cuttind power:65,speed 25
for scan power:30, speed 150
6-finally i saved the file in .RLD extension

I had a problem exporting files from Fusion 360 in dxf format, but I searched for the solution to the problem on YouTube and found it through the link https://youtu.be/ji64aYVEK7c
During this week, we learned many skills that help us in the final project, where we learned to use the Fusion 360 program, which helps us to draw our ideas in an easy and fast way .We have also learned to make interlocks and t-slot so that we can present our project in the best shape and quality
Me and my partners Aya and AbdAllah made a small cool and comfortable chair and I had to design the side of the chair and despite its difficulty, I learned a lot from it and designed it well
In the online lecture, we had to make a phone holder with cardboard, and even though I entered the lecture late and my electricity went out, I think I did a very great job only in 10 minutes
