Meet our Mediation Leaders

Peer Mediators receive 8 hours of training before leading mediations. Training includes units on Restorative Practice, "Breaking the Cycle of Conflict, Conflict Resolution Styles, Communication Process, Mediation Process and Confidentiality. This year's guest speakers included Andy Campbell PBIS/Behavior PA for Secondary Schools and Cyndi Swaney from the Oregon Education Association. We have 34 trained mediators at this time. Below are our Mediation Leaders who are responsible for daily coordination of the mediation program.
