Saliy Way Inc. is a trucking company built on one simple idea — do things the right way.

We are owner‑operators running a company for owner‑operators, and that’s why our approach is completely different from the typical carrier.

We operate with 100% transparency, giving every partner full access to the live dispatch screen. You see every load, every rate, every option — exactly the same way we see it. No hidden freight. No guessing. No games.

In the business since January 2021.

Our operation is designed for professionalism and performance.

Each dispatcher manages a maximum of 9 trucks, not 15–20 like most carriers. That means better communication, better negotiation, and better miles for every truck on the road.

We hire across all of Canada, working with dry vans and reefers, and we accept any truck year as long as it’s in good condition. Your schedule is your choice — run one day a month or thirty days a month. We work only with experienced professionals who have a minimum of 3 years of driving in Canada or the USA.

For drivers, we offer a simple and fair system:

paid by odometer and guaranteed minimum monthly miles, so your income stays stable no matter what.
