About Me:
I have been teaching at Salisbury for 20 years, and I live here in the Valley with my beautiful family.
I began teaching in Salisbury in 2001 as the gifted coordinator and English teacher at the middle school. I moved to the high school in 2012 and began teaching communication courses as well as English. I continue to look through a unique lens at education and teach my students to find value in what they learn so they can share their passion through invention.
In addition, I coached basketball for 10 years, coached tennis for one and am currently coaching golf.
Outside of teaching, I am an educational consultant for the Center for Integrated Behavioral Health, and I utilize the experiences gained from the front lines of education to find innovative solutions and ideas. Through consulting, I have goals of developing positive collaboration that seeks to promote innovative strategies for clients specializing in support services for a diverse realm of educational needs in a consistently changing, challenging and competitive educational environment.
