Mr. Ruiz is a mathematics teacher at Salisbury High School since 2009. He also taught in the School District of Philadelphia from 2006-2009 at Samuel Fels High School.
In his time at Samuel Fels High School he taught all grade levels including geometry, algebra 1, algebra 2 and applied mathematics. He also coached soccer three years at Samuel Fels High School where they reached their first district title game (in any sport) in school history.
He graduated from Eastern University in Saint Davids, PA, with a double major in Mathematics and Secondary Education. He has his my master's degree in education with a concentration in differentiated instruction from Gratz College.
