Independent Reading Instruction
1. Epic- This is a digital library for students that offers access to over 35,000 high-quality books, learning videos, reading quizzes and more.
***This website allows you to select a book based on your independent reading and grade level. The have a really nice selection of audio books too!
2. KET's PBS Learning Media-Videos, games, lesson plans and supplemental materials can be searched by grade level, subject area, keyword and standard. And PBS LearningMedia's Google Classroom integration makes it easy to share resources with your entire class. Content contributors include KET, PBS, PBS Kids, NASA, the National Archives, the Library of Congress and many more.

3. ALBERT-Albert.io has resources for both middle and high school, through AP level.

4. Story Board- You can create a daily journal of your experience being off. You could also create your own story that would be shared during a class period.
