Check your child's backpack with your child each night.

Please be sure that your child is completing their homework every day.

Take time out of the day to read with your child. 

Encourage your child to be responsible and take care of their belongings, including packing up for the next day.

Always praise and encourage your child with positive comments.

Each step, although it may be small, is progress in the right direction.
