Write in a notebook/journal and tell about your day. (Write in whole sentences using capital letters and punctuation. Don’t
forget to put the date at the top of each page.) If you are 7 years old write at least 7 sentences!
Practice counting by 1’s, 2’s, 5’s, and 10’s to 120.
Practice counting forwards and backwards using random numbers from 1-120.
Practice counting one more, one less, ten more, ten less, using any number from 1-120.
Make/read a recipe with a family member using measuring cups and measuring spoons.
Practice math facts for addition and subtraction with an emphasis on fluency.
Know the value of coins. Practice counting with money.
Practice using a calendar. Identify the days of the week, the months of the year.
Practice tying your shoes with a double knot.
Memorize your whole address.
Memorize the phone number of a family member and practice dialing that number.
Practice large-motor skills such as...skipping, jumping, hopping, running, galloping, catching, etc.
Listen to others speak without interrupting.
Tell a story to a family member using details.
Practice using a scissors and make a craft of your choice.
