About Me

I'm originally from New Jersey where I earned a BFA, with a concentration in graphic design, from William Paterson University. After working in the field for a couple of years, I went back and obtained my MA in arts education.

After college, I moved to PA and subbed in Pittsburgh for a year. I then took some time off to get married and to stay home with my children while they were very young. I am currently going into my 10th full year of teaching art. I spent 6.5 years in private school and the last 2.5 years in the Allentown School District.

I'm so excited to make the transition to Salisbury School District this year! I look forward to sharing my love of art with all my students and exposing them to a wide array of materials, techniques, and art history and vocabulary.

This picture is from 2018 and was taken in Portugal. This was my favorite vacation with my husband, son and daughter.
