Synergy Referral Process In A Nutshell:

1. Log 3 Minor Incident Report comments BEFORE creating an Office Referral: 

   1. • Log minor incidents in Synergy as  a teacher comment

      • describe behavior and the classroom intervention taken i.e. called home, changed student seat, PTC, conference with student 

      • see hard copy of the Minor Incident Report form below

2. Once 3 Minor Incidents have been logged a formal referral can be created --> log the Office Discipline Referral

   1. • Open Synergy 

      • Hover over HOME button 

      • Select INCIDENT REFERRAL

      • Follow prompts and fill out the whole form
