Parents at the Salinas City Virtual Academy play a vital role in the success of their student. We ask that parents play an active role in their child's learning, including meeting the following expectations:
Create a quiet and safe learning environment for your child
Ensure your child attends live lessons daily
Ensures your child has their camera on during all live lessons
Provide support (Support Coach)
Emotional
Mental
School Work
Communicate with child’s teacher or support staff
Monitor students progress on assignments
