Language Arts: Mrs. Mozzochi
Weekly Goals and Objectives:
Fifth grade students will end the year with a unit focused on Fractured Fairytales. Students will have the opportunity to compare and contrast traditional fairytales with modern (fractured) versions. Students will specifically look at the point of view and perspective from which each story has been told as well as author's craft techniques. Students will engage in writing their own fractured fairytale from a unique perspective.
HOMEWORK:
Read 20 minutes each day.

This week we will finish up lesson 20.
Monday: Pages 417-418
Tuesday: Refine Quiz review
Wednesday: Lesson 20 Quiz
Thursday: Finish up owed work
Friday: Get outside and Play, Children's mental health
All students are expected to keep a math journal, which they will write in daily. They can have example problems, definitions and whatever ever else may help them. These journals should be used for help with homework and can also be used during classroom quizzes and assessments.
All assignments are posted in their Math Google Classrooms. The pages assigned are posted there and can be printed or written down on a piece of paper to be turned in.
