Read carefully the roles below and make an agreement to assign them to each group member considering your individual skills. Then, complete the table of your document.
Reader: it is the one who reads all those parts that you have to do as a group. All the group must be quiet and pay attention to succeed.
Facilitator: The definition of facilitate is "to make easy" or "ease a process." What a facilitator does is plan, guide and manage a group event to ensure that the group's objectives are met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation and full buy-in from everyone who is involved (more information here)
Spokesman: It is someone engaged or elected to speak on behalf of others. So, the job of a spokesman is to faithfully represent the group (wikipedia) and communicate team conflicts that the group (and facilitator) cannot resolve to the teacher.
Monitor: It is the one who provides all material that the group requires and check that at the end of the class all the things are in their correct place.
When you work with others, conflicts are inevitable. People have different viewpoints, and as a students you know that your motivation and goals are different. Learning how to resolve team conflict will help you as a person, not only for this project but also for your life! Here some tips and steps to follow.
