Support Tickets For Parents

We will try to assist parents and students with any technology need as it pertains to working from home. Please submit a ticket for the any of the following issues.

  • Issues Connecting to Internet or T-Mobile Hot Spots

  • Issues Logging into the Chromebook

  • Google Classroom Issue that the teacher cannot correct

  • Issues with Clever Apps not working properly

  • Issue with Chromebooks not working correctly

  • Please report any damage (broken screens, missing keys, broken Chromebooks) as soon as possible so we can get it repaired and returned in a timely manner.
