Welcome to Mrs. Watson's 8th grade ELAR class. My name is Melissa Watson. I am extremely excited to have each and every one of my students in my class this year. I look forward to getting to know my students and doing my best to further their education.
A little bio on me: This is my 14th year of teaching middle school ELAR. I am a graduate of Angelo State University. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Before teaching at Lincoln I taught and coached (Volleyball both middle school and high school, basketball, track, and cheer) in Big Lake, TX for five years. In 2016 I got married and moved to Mobile, Alabama with my husband. We decided to move back to Texas in 2017. We have four children: Kepler 23, Eli 7 , Solomon 6, and Kaisley 4. We are huge Mississippi State fans thanks to my husbands collegiate football there. Go Bulldogs! Go Rams!
