Syllabus

GRADES:

There will be a minimum of 10 minor assignment grades and 3 major grades every 9 weeks.

Corrections on tests will be allowed for up to a 70. Corrections will be done either during an allotted class time or the student will need to come in during tutoring.

Grades are available in the Home Access Center.

TUTORIALS:

Tutorials need to be planned in advance. Monday 3:55-4:25, Tuesday 7:40-8:10, or Thursday 7:40-8:10 (or by appointment). If you are failing, you may be assigned mandatory tutorials.

DISCIPLINE:

The students will receive a verbal warning. If the behavior does not stop, I will write their name down. They have a chance to earn their name off the list by the end of the period. If their name remains on the list, I will make a phone call home. If the behavior is repeated, they will receive lunch detention.

ABSENCES:

Students will be allowed to make up work they missed due to absences. The student will need to ask the teacher for the assignments.
