Welcome to Ms. Duarte's 2nd Class!

Greetings all! My name is Ms. Ruby Duarte. This will be my 7th year teaching at Goliad, and each year gets better and better! I love helping children find their confidence and grit for school and learning. I love teaching my students how to change their negative thinking into positive thinking by having a growth mindset. My favorite part of teaching is when a student finally understands a difficult concept and their whole face lights up with pride! I am so excited to have an amazing year of growth and learning with my second graders!
