HEY! I am Ms. Camarillo. I am one of the Special Education teachers here at Lincoln Middle School. I teach 6th grade English classes. This is my first year teaching. I look forward to working with you this school year!
I am from Fritch, Texas (this is near Amarillo, Texas)! I got my Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies from Angelo State University in May 2026. I am so excited to begin my first year with you!
I enjoy traveling, reading in my free time, and doing puzzles. I also love spending time with my family and friends. I LOVE ALL THINGS DUCKS!
I became an educator because I believe every student deserves someone who sees their potential, even when they don't see it themselves. Some of the most meaningful moments in education aren't test scores or grades—they're the moments when a student gains confidence, takes a risk, speaks up for the first time, or realizes they are capable of more than they thought.
I do what I do because I love watching growth happen. I love seeing students become more independent, more confident, and more comfortable being themselves. My goal is to create a classroom where you feel safe to learn, make mistakes, ask questions, and celebrate your progress.
I believe success looks different for everyone, and I want each of you to know that your growth matters. Whether you're mastering a new skill, overcoming a challenge, or simply becoming more confident in who you are, those victories are worth celebrating.
My why is simple: I want to help students recognize their strengths, believe in themselves, and leave my classroom better prepared for whatever comes next.
