The Health Services Department only administers vaccinations to children who are uninsured or are on Medicaid.
Updated immunization records must be brought for each visit..
The cost for children is a $13.75 administrative fee per child per visit. A current Medicaid form is required. Out-of-town checks, debit cards, insurance and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIPs) are not accepted.
