At school:
Chaperone! We are proud to offer many field work opportunities for our students, and we always need parents who are willing to volunteer to chaperone. If you would like to volunteer to chaperone a trip this year, please visit this link to fill out a volunteer application and background check.
Volunteer! Parents who have availability during the school day are invited to volunteer to help with small groups and Wondercourses. If you would like to help, please contact your student's homegroup teacher.
Share your expertise! If you have a job, skill, or passion you can share with us, please let us know!
At home:
Collect! We are always in need of DIY supplies. Look around your home to see if you can spare any of the following items:
cardboard
paper towel and toilet paper rolls
craft sticks
pipe cleaners
straws
string/yarn
scrap newspapers and magazines
cups
tissue paper
tape (duct/masking/washi/electrical/painters/etc.)
pool noodles
watercolors
paint brushes
modeling clay
aluminum foil and parchment paper
old CDs
Practice! You can help your child perform better in school by talking to them about their day, listening to them read or sharing reading, or practicing math facts. Let your child measure ingredients when you are cooking dinner and read you the recipe. Little things add up!
