As guests arrive and await the grand entrance, everyone will be greeted with a complimentary champagne cocktail. During Sponsor Hour, our table sponsors will also enjoy an extra-special signature cocktail. Both drinks are complimentary and the perfect way to kick off the evening.

Get ready to run for the Dessert Auction! Each table will have the opportunity to submit a silent bid. The table with the highest bid will get first choice of dessert. There will be a variety of sweet treats to choose from, including selections from local bakeries and Chuck's Famous Milkshakes!
How it works:
Each table competes to choose desserts
You are bidding as a table. The higher your table’s total, the earlier you get to choose a dessert.
Write your pledge on the bid sheet
Each person writes their name and the amount they’re willing to contribute. Although, bidding in dessert auction is optional. Regardless, every table will get to enjoy a fantastic dessert!
All contributions are added together
Your table’s total bid is the sum of everyone’s pledges.
The more your table contributes, the higher your chances of choosing first.
Important: You pay what you write
This is a pledge-based auction.
Every amount written will be collected, whether your table wins first choice or not.
Bidding closes
When time is called, all sheets are collected and totals are calculated.
Choosing desserts
Tables are ranked from highest total to lowest total.
The highest total gets first pick, second highest gets next pick, and so on.
Enjoy your dessert!
Share your dessert with your table and enjoy supporting the cause.
