WALT: Understand what Media is, and share the types of media we enjoy.

We live in the age of media; digital media, social media, radio, newspapers, books, podcasts, straming... the list goes on.

Today we will explore some different forms of media, discuss the positive and negative impacts it has, and learn not just how to be smart consumers of media, but creators as well!

Today we will be practicing a new form of Sharing - we have created a Sharing Journal. In it we will learn about how to use Google Docs to share our learning around Word Art.

Today we will learn about the rules of sharing collaborative documents. We’re going to create a postcard by taking pictures, and explore the world using the Media tool, and try to guess where in the world our classmates are!

WALT: Connect with others by learning & sharing our favoruite things with them.

Sharing the things that we love with others allows us to build friendships, and make connections that can last a life time. 

We create bonds by sharing, and understanding each other. Today you will share one of your favourite things, and to reflect on why you like them so much. Maybe you'll find something in common with a new friend!
