This week we are going to work through the Slides

LI 1: We are learning to understand what Christian meditation is.

LI 2: We are learning that there are steps and techniques that enable meditation.

LI 3: We are learning to participate in guided meditation.

1.4a We are learning that God wants to know us and draw us into a loving relationship.

This week we are going to work through the Slides
''Feelings and Emotions'

5.1a We are learning what feelings are and that they can affect us in different ways.
5.2a We are learning that at times I might not feel the presence of God.
4.1a We are learning to reflect on God’s presence in my life.
4.2a We are learning to see God in the unexpected.
4.3a We are learning to explore Scripture verses where God is present in unexpected places, people and things.
5.3a We are learning that God is always with us.
5.4a We are learning that I can search for and find God.

This week we are going to work through the Slides
'God's presence in creation and:' Discussion and notes.
'God revealed:' Discussion and development of a write and roll poem of praise.

2.1a We are learning the meaning of beauty.

2.2a We are learning to recognise God’s presence in creation.

2.3a We are learning that everything God made was created out of love and has beauty and complexity.

This term we are going to work through Phase 3 learning of Te Atua, God. We will follow through the presentatiopn until complete.

During the week you will have time to create a Blog post on Euphrasie Barbier. Refer to Slide 13 on the presentation below for instruction.

This week we celebrate Lent on Wednesday morning with the whole school running the morning Mass.

This week we are going to look at Euphrasie Barbier, Our Foundress,  and see how her Faith and Values have influenced our own personal growth and development within the Catholic Church.

This week we are going to look at St Francis of Assisi and how his life is going to guide us throughout the  year to be a model of Holiness of life and a constant witness of peace.
