Background: Hello! My name is Miss Maria Montanez, but the students call me Miss M. ! I am super excited to be teaching at Saint Patrick School and teach in Pre-K 4!

• I love to read!

• I love to travel! I have a goal to travel to all 50 states!

One thing I want parents to know is that In my classroom I plan to cultivate a positive environment for students to grow and develop the skills needed to succeed both academically and socially. I plan to create an inclusive and accommodating classroom environment for your child, and do my best to provide your child with all the resources they need to succeed inside and outside the classroom. I have always dreamed of being a teacher since I was little and shaped my life around working and volunteering in ways that allowed me to deepen my knowledge of teaching while also gaining hands-on experience. I am very passionate about teaching the minds of the youth.

Education and Certifications:

I grew up in East Norriton, Pa and attended elementary school at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School in Norristown, Pa. I then attended Archbishop John Carroll High School and graduated in 2019, to then attend Immaculata University and major in Elementary Education Pre-K- 4th and Special Education Pre-K-12th.
