Look for warm up and some fun activities below under the current date. You must sign in from your Saint Margaret's email google account, your parents will not have access.
*Remote learners are required to wear the physical education uniform and follow school procedures while on Zoom meetings. School Zoom Guidelines for each grade level are here:
Please create an exercise log for each physical education class and submit the log to my email to dkurzhals@saintmargaretschool.com. Please submit your work by midnight the day of your class for full credit, otherwise it is considered tardy.

*It is very important that you stay inside during this exercise session unless you have received parental approval to go outside.

+ Put music on & dance or "just dance" on youtube
+ Wii Fit games that get your heart rate up with full body movements
+ Jump rope
+ Balloon Volleyball
+ Hallway soccer
+ Create Exercise Stations (example: push ups, squats, jump rope, etc.)

+ Ride your bike or scooter with helmet
+ Shoot basketball
+ Jump rope
+ Hula Hoop
+ Rollerblade with safety equipment

January 26 & 27, 2022 Mrs. Kurzhals final days. For those of you remote this week I am sorry we are not in person to say our good-byes. I will miss all of you and have enjoyed teaching in St. Margarets. Enjoy this workout and remember to always follow your dreams. Today is about the Olympics. Life is a journey and I am excited for my next journey.
