Hello Friends and welcome to Saint Laurence School. My name Is Mrs. Stanton and I am your Pre K Teacher. I have my Early Childhood Teacher Certificate through the University of Delaware. I am also currently working on my Master Catechetical Certification. I have been teaching for 21 years and as a child, I took my CCD classes here at St. Laurence School. This year will be my third year teaching at St. Laurence School. Being a teacher has always been a dream of mine. I am looking forward to learning and growing along with your child. We are going to have a great school year filled with laughter, learning and lots of fun.

Interesting Facts About Mrs. Stanton

During the summer of 2025 I got Married! My maiden name was Alfarano and my new married name is Stanton. 

My husband and I purchased a house in Souderton, Pa. We both currently own houses but they are in different areas. We plan on selling both of our  houses once we make settlement on our new house.

Favorite color: Anything sparkly or holographic

My hobbies outside of school: I like to go for walks with my husband, Jeff. There is a walking trail by my house that we enjoy visiting on nice days. The park is where Jeff and I had our first date and also where he asked me to marry him. I like to do my nails. I enjoy shopping. Family Is very Important to me. My family is close by, but Jeff's family lives a bit further away in New Jersey. We try to make time to visit and see everyone as much as we are able to.

Before starting at St. Laurence School, I left a previous teaching position so that I was able to help one of my sisters raise her two children. My nephew has autism, so I was able to gain some extra experience with children who have special needs.

Favorite Food: I love food. I try to eat somewhat healthy but I can always find room for carbs and ice cream.
