I am so excited to be your child’s teacher! I teach 4th grade ELA and SS and 5th, 7th, and 8th grade ELA. Teaching is a second profession for me; I graduated from Winthrop College with an MS in School Psychology and worked for 20 years as a psychologist. After my oldest daughter suffered a TBI accident, I began substituting at the nearby elementary school. To put it simply, I found I really enjoy teaching! I love to work with children, to expand their minds with new ideas and learning, and to bring children together in a caring class community. I feel very lucky to spend my days in the company of enthusiastic, bright, innocent yet wise young people. St. Anthony Catholic School is an excellent school and it is a great joy to work here.
