Here are tips to using your Chromebooks, Google and other products that our school uses.

Mrs. Erdlen are here to help families with their technology issues during this on-line learning process.

• Chromebooks need to be shut down for updates to work. If websites are loading slowly or with errors, clear the cookies and cache. Ctrl + H will bring you to the history settings, click on Clear browsing data, then check the boxes for cookies and cache. Set the time range for All time. Click the Clear data button.

• Chromebooks should never have 0% battery life. It can cause damage to the Chromebooks.

• If it is a Google Classroom issue, including videos associated with Classroom, please email your teacher first.

• Parents, should you have a hardware issue with your child's Chromebook (including printing), please email Mrs. Erdlen at cerdlen@saintannies.org and she will answer your email or if you add your phone number, she will give you a call.

• If you have an issue with forgotten passwords for ThinkCentral, HMH, Sadlier, Pearson, etc., please email Mrs. Erdlen at cerdlen@saintannies.org.

• If you have an issue with a forgotten password for your google account, please email Mrs. Erdlen at cerdlen@saintannies.org
