Getting in touch with me

• Send a note in your child’s “H” folder. These are checked at the beginning of the day.

• Send me an email. ahofmann@saintannies.org

• Call and leave me a message on my voicemail (ext. 144).

DISMISSAL

• Please send a dismissal note if your child needs to change their transportation home. 

• If your child is taking a different MN bus home, you must have an official MN bus pass & dismissal note for me.

ABSENCES

• If your child is absent:

  • Call the Attendance Line and leave a message.

  • Fill out an absence slip or write a note with the date(s) of the absence and reason. Extra absence notes can be downloaded from the main page. 

  • If your child is out for 3 consecutive days, a note from your pediatrician is needed.
