Meet the Teachers

Welcome to the 5th grade! My name is Jennifer Dixon. This is my 2nd year teaching at Saint Anastasia. I taught 7th and 8th grade last year. I graduated from Cabrini College and taught for a handful of years before having my children. I stayed home with my four children for a number of years, before going back to teaching. I have always taught in Catholic schools and would not have it any other way. My children are adults and are out in the working world. My three year old grandson, Greyson, lives with us too. We have two amazing dogs named Nova and Brunson. We enjoy most sports and going to the beach. I am very excited to be back at Saint Anastasia this year and I know we will have a wonderful year!

Welcome to 5th grade!  My name is Vera Fante. This will be my 6th year teaching 5th grade at St. Anastasia School. I  graduated from Widener University with a degree in psychology and obtained my PA Teaching Certification through Drexel University. I have a son and a daughter at Marple Newtown High School, and a daughter in 7th grade here at St. Anastasia. My husband, children, and I love spending time outdoors, and especially love going "down the shore."  I am excited to begin the year and look forward to a great year filled with learning, new adventures, and lots of laughter!

My name is Candida Davis, and this is my fourth year teaching at St. Anastasia School! I have 20 years of teaching experience in the Philadelphia School District. I am a graduate of Bloomsburg University and have a Master's degree from Holy Family University. I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children. My youngest, Evan, is a sixth grader here at St. Anastasia. My family and I enjoy traveling and all things soccer. I am very excited to be a part of the St. Anastasia community and look forward to a great year of learning and fun!
