Dear Kindergarten Families,

Welcome to what is sure to be a wonderful year in kindergarten! My name is Miss Shrum, and I am so excited to begin this journey with you and your child. Kindergarten is such a special time filled with curiosity, growth, and discovery, and I feel truly honored to be a part of it.

I can’t wait to meet each of you and begin building a strong classroom community together. Throughout the year, your child will grow in so many ways—academically, socially, and emotionally—and I am thrilled to walk alongside them every step of the way.

To kick off the year, we will be holding our Kindergarten Orientation and Signing on August 26th. This will be a special opportunity for you and your child to visit our classroom, see their locker, and begin getting comfortable in their new school environment. It’s a fun and exciting first step as we start our kindergarten adventure!
