(usually) St. Agnes School gym at 7:30 PMChange of location will be communicated via Flocknote.

Each week will alternate between Bible study, service, and Adoration & Confession throughout the month, plus social time and snacks (of course).

If your high schooler is actively involved in events hosted by Youth Ministry at Saint Agnes, we ask that you return this form as soon as possible.

This not only provides us emergency information in the unlikely event we need it, but also helps our annual reporting requirements to the Diocese and OPCYP.
