The St. Augustine High School Instrumental Music Program strives to:

• Expand the knowledge, technique and skill of all students as musicians

• Provide musical entertainment for the school and community

• Develop a life-long understanding and appreciation for music

• Create a community for students passionate about music that allows them to develop both as musicians and as responsible and caring individuals.

• Provide high school students with opportunities for leadership, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility, and to help them overcome these challenges as they prepare to enter the ever-changing world.
