1. Make sure maps are working on Front Page.

2. Make Alert Profiles available to the public.

3. Create a Public Menu with the following items

2. Public Homepage Update

a. Add editable CMS area to top of the page

b. Relabel "News Feed" to "Alerts"

c. Move RSS Feed link to the right of the "Alerts" Label

d. Add "View Alert" button to front page Alerts that goes to the Alert's profile page

e. Add a "More Alerts" button to the bottom of the newsfeed.

3. Create a Public Page that Displays a Table of Cap Feeds

a. Add Filters to Top

b. Add Map to Top

c. Delete Search Box.

d. Eliminate Add CAP Feed Button for Public Users

4. Create an About Page

a. Place a CMS box on top

b. Place a Datalist view of CMS Posts below
