Our commission structure, set by the insurance carrier, is non-negotiable, but we don't stop there. Clients receive a detailed breakdown of broker commissions in their final plan paperwork, ensuring complete transparency from the outset. We not only adhere strictly to pre-negotiated commission percentages set by the insurance company but also strive to negotiate lower rates and exceptions whenever possible, ensuring our clients receive the best rates available without compromise.
Our payment terms are straightforward: clients agree to pay insurance premiums directly to the carrier in a timely manner each month, facilitating seamless transactions and ensuring continuous coverage.
Moreover, we believe in providing comprehensive services without hidden fees. Consulting or servicing fees are not part of our business model, nor are they planned for the future. At S.A.F.E. Insurance Team we offer six different broker packages, each providing varying levels of support to our Broker Partners. The commission percentage earned by Associate will be determined based on the level of support chosen by Associate. The commission listed is the amount the Associate will receive.
Package 1: Basic Support (90% commission)
Access to basic training materials and resources.
Limited mentorship and guidance from experienced brokers.
Minimal Administrative support
Weekly Monday Morning In-Person Sales and Educational Meetings
Weekly Friday, Virtual Sales Training and Follow Up Meetings
Help access contracting information.
Clients will be entered into our email automation system that way they are never not notified of upcoming renewals or plan changes.
Package 2: Standard Support (80% commission)
Includes everything in package 1, plus more!
Comprehensive training program covering insurance products and sales techniques.
In-person sales mentorship. Have a team member in the field with you one day per week upon request.
Access to a wider range of marketing materials and resources.
Moderate administrative support.
Package 3: Enhanced Support (70% commission)
Includes everything in package 2, plus more!
Advanced training program with in-depth coverage of insurance products and industry regulations.
Personalized mentorship and coaching tailored to individual needs and goals.
Extensive marketing support, including customized marketing materials and campaigns. Customized marketing materials limited to 10% of total commissions.
Dedicated administrative support for smoother client transactions.
Package 4: Premium Support (60% commission)
Includes everything in package 3, plus more!
Elite training program with exclusive access to industry experts and thought leaders.
One-on-one mentorship with top-performing brokers for personalized guidance and strategy development.
Premium marketing support, including high-quality branded materials and targeted advertising initiatives.Customized marketing materials limited to 15% of total commissions.
Invitation to Monthly lunch, where we discuss income planning, and room for improvement.
Priority administrative support for faster response times and streamlined processes.
Package 5: VIP Support (50% commission)
Includes everything in package 4, plus more!
VIP training program with VIP access to industry events, conferences, and workshops.
VIP mentorship with the brokerage firm's leadership team for strategic business planning and growth acceleration.
VIP marketing support, including premium branding services, VIP client events, and concierge-level marketing assistance. Customized marketing materials limited to 20% of total commissions.
Associate will have the ability to request customizations to our automated email system.
VIP administrative support with dedicated account management and concierge services for seamless client experience.
We will come on-site and do the enrollment and handle all the paperwork, while you manage the relationship and book the appointments with the client! This package takes the burden off!
Package 6: The Retirement Package (20% commission)
Includes everything in package 5, plus more!
This is a great package for those seeking retirement, but want to ensure that their clients will be taken care of and their renewals won’t be flipped to another carrier.
The Brokerage Firm will completely take over the client relationship from the Associate. There will be no work needed from the Associate once this package is agreed upon.
Associates acknowledge and agree that the commission percentage is contingent upon the level of support provided by Brokerage Firm, and may change on a case by case level. All commissions will remain the same unless otherwise agreed. Changes will only be made during time of renewal.
All commissions will be paid directly to the broker first, then redistributed to the Associate, unless the carrier requires the payment of commissions to be structured otherwise.
